Tyler took on the challenge of replacing our really, really old and brittle concrete tile roof. He kept us updated on progress and turned up when he said he would. Torrential rain was a challenge but there were no leaks and he replaced some tiles until he could complete the job. Really happy with the finished product. The property is actually tenanted and the tenant commented how great he was at keeping them informed and was easy to deal with. Roof and new spouting are everything I imagined.
