EDIT: Go With The Flow completed the promised work on the date we had been rebooked for with no further delays and did a really good job. Quick and professional and were happy to pop back when something needed tightening. We are stoked with our new infinity gas system. Am incredibly disappointed with the service of Go With The Flow Ltd. We have had them booked in to do an infinity gas install for weeks which we coordinated to time with the connection from the street. Our booking was pushed due to what we were told were 'emergency jobs' which, while inconvenient, we accepted it and received a new date. However, yet again we've had our booking pushed so we are continuing to pay for a gas connection that we can't use. It is frustrating because despite doing everything right and booking in advance, we are in the position where if we were to try to find another plumber to install we could be looking at a much longer wait when we have a full bathroom reno starting soon. Feel incredibly let down and like this company does not value their customers. Reply: Hi Courtney, I called and left a message with you yesterday, as I wanted to have a chat with you in person. We are very sorry that this has been your experience with Go With the Flow. We apologise profusely for having to reschedule your job, we had an urgent job come in that could not be held off. As mentioned to Edward, we would be happy to reimburse you for the gas that you are being charged for, but unable to use up to the new booking date.
