Sorted out our blocked drain on the same day, which was awesome! But I had a very poor experience with the communication from the office person, who just didn't understand the importance of customer service/letting people know what's going on. Thankfully, Shane the owner gave me a call afterwards to explain and apologise. Everyone can drop the ball, it's not about that - it's about how you pick it back up. Well done Shane, it doesn't take much to restore things with customers and really wish you all the best with the future of the organisation. Good luck & hang in there! After speaking to you when you rang asking where Steven was, we called Steven, who advised he had to go and check on one of our guys who was having some difficulty. We rang you back explained that and said he was coming to you next. Steven was fully booked that day but as your drain was blocked he agreed to get to you . We can never be exact with our times as we can never be certain when arriving at a job what they may be facing and this happen on both of the earlier jobs that day . We had Go with the Flow install a new laundry tub. Thomas the Plumber accidentally disconnected the adjacent shower. Called them back and fixed late on a Friday. Never a problem, awesome service. Reply: Suzanne thanks so much for your review

I had a fualty tap and bad washing machine connection. Go with the flow turned up on time, sorted the problem at a reasonable price. I will very happy with the work done and will use their services again. Reply: thanks so much

Is there anything this plumber cannot do. He first of all replaced our ensuite toilet under an insurance claim. He gave our spouting a clean bill of health AND he repaired our brick letterbox as I had been unable to get a brickie to attend to this!!
