These guys were next level awesome!! Really put us at ease when they came and replaced my mums hot water cylinder.. They were flexible with payments and that helped us out alot. We were really grateful and their customer service was excellent, always has been..Even when they received a phone call while installing the cylinder, I could tell the guy was dealing with a tough customer and he handled her so professionally.. because of these reasons I will always ring them in the future, no hesitation! I booked for our gutters to be cleaned as we had a small tree growing there. The was a few weeks waiting time but communication was excellent. On the day when they assessed our house- a very large villa- I was contacted to explain it would likely take an extra hour. This was very reasonable and it may well have taken longer than that. They did a thorough job, cleaned up well and sent photos of the job. I would use Gowiththeflow again. Reply: Thank you Deborah for your honest and kind review!
