Rotten floor repair

Damaged floor from steady leak. Removed damaged flooring, re-framed and fixed new flooring down.

Fence rebuild

Existing fence was falling apart in places, some had blown over completely, so dismantled it and saved as much as possible for re-use, set new posts in concrete and rebuilt, only adding in new rails once there were no more usable recycled rails. I then finished with a bark screening over top for privacy.

Rotten window repair

Cutout existing damaged area, treated, replaced with timber and sealed.

Gate build

Building a gate onto two existing posts for security.

Porch build

Removing old trellis, building a small sheltered porch in its place and adding handrail.

Deck rebuild

Removing all existing decking, framing and laying new deck.
