Internal Doors difficult to open and close, and 1 x Front door same problem.

Since replacing my old worn carpet with new carpet, I have four doors which are quite difficult to open and close. There are two reasons, obviously due to the new thickness of the carpet, but the flat has a bit of subsidence in the affected areas, mainly the bedrooms. In my mind, what I think needs to happen is, the bottom of the four doors will need to be trimmed by about 20mm. The next issue the front door, this door probably needs to be shaved in various places, or resized in order that is closes with ease. If there are tradies or handyman who can remedy these problematic areas, I'd appreciate it. sorry no pictures as I’m not on the premises and it is tenanted.
