Window stays and ranchslider rollers

Window rehanging

Our window blew open due to a storm, and now won't close properly. We suspect it's due to the hinges being bent out of shape, but not sure. We tried to get it shut by sanding the frame down, (which didn't work). So may need repainting or re-puttying? The window is on a high level so not accessible from outside.

Window sill/ frame repair

Small window approx 100cm x 60cm had significant rot in sill and lower frame. I’ve already removed the sill and cut out a lot of the rot with intention to repair myself but have realised now that the job is too complex and may need full removal rather than in situ repair. We really want to keep the decorative glass pane. Will need new sill, including tape and flashing etc. and repair of some of the other frame timber.
