Repair Window Frame and Install Corner Soakers

I have a rotten window sill which has likely spread to some of the weatherboards. I need this replaced so that I can change my windows out for double glazing. Additionally I would like to install Corner Soakers on 3 corners of my house to prevent futher issues.

Window sill replacement

We have a single glazed alloy framed windows on house built in 1985. The frames are the rubbish custom wood and poorly installed flashing. 4 windows over the years have leaked due to the oustide cladding being cut too long so the flashing wasn't correct by 5mm. Looking for a clever joiner to replace sill with in place. Cant afford to replace all windows and frames. Someone that thinks outside the square.

I've had windows coming up from roof/ceiling which have developed a leak. Our cross lease neighbour had a similar failure so assuming the quite from their builder would likely be the scope of work. - Remove the false sill block (colonial nosing) and intermediate facings to allow for the application of all-weather back flashing tapes, then reinstate these components. - Check and seal the top flashing. - Inspect the existing glass window timber trim seals and replace where required.

Window leaking from the top of the frame
