Replace small rotten section in sill of window frame.

Photos show area of sill, below mullion, that has rot in it. Think it will be possible to cut/chisel it out and fit a new piece using an epoxy resin. Would like it to be at least primed, if not top coated as well. Potential for occasional odd jobs in future.

Supply/install door handles x7 internal doors

Door handles for 7x rooms need replacing. 2x require locks (bathrooms), and other 5x are for bedrooms, just needing handles for those ones. I'm thinking black matte, but open to ideas. Window Frame cladding and timber repair

The exterior on the cornor of the living room window cladding is rusted and the timber underneath seems rotten. The window is about 3 meters long, and the cladding on top should be around 2 sqm. Remove and replace current wooden door, frame and threshold with a new aluminium door, frame and a suitable threshold. Door should not have any glazing. Must include all door furniture and include cost to fit a lock we currently use, and have an extra cost for you to supply and fit a new battery operated key code lock. I have received a pre-purchase building report which states some windows have insufficient flashings and timber cedar plugs/bungs are missing in multiple areas including behind aluminium windows.
