Window frame install and replace damaged door frame.

We recently had the bathroom to our home renovated, however it doesn't appear the window frame was correctly/sufficiently installed. Seems it may also require some trim around the outside. There is also a door to the garage that is severely water damaged due to flooding that has occurred in the past. However , not too bothered if this isn't repaired within the same build.
