Hi, I'm Steven I have been building for over 10 years and have experience in all fields of building and Carpentry and have done many projects that involve landscaping, roofing, gardening and even cabinetry. One thing about me and my work is that I always aim to be clean and precise, from the measurements at the start of the job to the clean up at the end. No jobs are too big or too small. I tend to work on my own for small jobs and have a small team of builders on hand for bigger jobs. Happy

Decking boards x6 need replacing.
Decking Repair Swanson, Waitakere
4.0

This was done in February, finally writing a review. None of the builders mentioned the replacement boards wouldn't be the full length of about 5.3m. So a bit disappointing when short lengths were put on the ends. I checked the job, with Mike, when finished but I didn't notice the sixth board wasn't completely replaced, a short piece of the old board was left. I messaged Mike and he said he could come and replace it but I said it wasn't worth the hassle. My place is not that flash.

Floor repair/ replacement
Floor Board Repair Browns Bay, North Shore
4.0

Overall I was pleased with the workmanship. However I was disappointed with the wooden edging which was not an appropriate colour and spoilt the overall result. In the end a family member painted the edge to match the flooring giving a more desirable result. Apart from this glitch, I would still recommend Mike to do similar work.
