the side gate is broken - the washing line is unusable and the wood is completely rotten - the ranch slider door in the lounge does not open properly - there is a broken step on the outside where the wood is also rotten - the garden shed door is broken from the storm - the cupboard in the kitchen should be removed/replaced, because the interior of the cupboard has been warped. - broken pagola tidy up
