Removed old deck and replaced with new Kwila – a great and professional job. Also identified some structural work that needed to be done, clearly explained the need for and scope of further work and provided cost estimates. Haven’t had a better building job done than this before. Highly recommended.

Phil removed an old chimney from my roof and patched the exterior with new colour matched iron, and internal with gib. He was great with comms, provided a competetive quote, and I was pleasantly surprised when the job came in significantly cheaper after it was done quicker than expected. Phil replaced a wall (framing and cladding) that had suffered water damage. He was quick, hard working, thorough, thoughtful (encountered no unanticipated surprises) and provided a competitive and accurate estimate. He was very patient and gave great advice about options for weather proofing the wall, and the house more generally, and great to work with.
