This job was through one of the property management company we do work for. Removed all twist nails (some were leaking) , cleaned out all Gutters, and finished with a Moss and lichen treatment

We repointed this roof , replaced 10 broken tiles , supplied edge protection, and painted with a key cat and two top coats in New denim blue.

This Roof had a leak that previous contractors couldn't resolve, we were told it had been going on for at least 10 years ! We got it sorted in an hour and re- pointed the roof over the following 2 days.

This homes Roof was in a state , we water blasted all the original pointing , ground it all back for correct adhesion, fully re- repointed it , replaced 20 broken tiles , re-bedded a hip and 3 hip ends. Roof was painted to finish .

Have used them twice now, on both occasions it was excellent service and highly recommend to all. Phil went the extra mile giving both roofs a new lease of life. Its reassuring knowing everything is sound now, especially during bad weather. Thanks again for the great service, saved me a bucketload in the long run!

My elderly Mum lives in a Gated Community where the home is owned by the Individual (Mum ,Joy). The complex itself, provided a service for the residents where by they supplied them with a roofing company to oversee each home . While the company went a head on several of the residents roofs, the Family prompted Joy to get an independent roofer. She asked Phil from Concrete Roof Maintenance to take a look and give her a Quote. Phil gave Joy an open and experienced opinion of the work that needed to be carried out taking the roof into the future for trouble free Maintenance. He gave a reasonable and affordable quote that Joy could Manage, and a time frame that he would be able to get the job done. It required pointing and replacement of several tiles which he did promptly and efficiently over the next two days.
