Armardeep initially reached out promptly when I accepted communication, and told me I'd need to provide the oven model details to move forward - I provided the model details that same evening and he said he'd check the manual and look for parts (Armardeep never came to assess the oven to determine what was actually wrong with it or what specific part would be needed). After 10 days with no further contact or updates, we had to move forward with a different company.
