I was out of town and would not return for two weeks when my water account arrived by email - water usage was up 800%! Obviously a huge water leak. Hoffman plumbers reacted immediately and turned the water off, checking for any obvious signs of water ingress or damage until I could return home. On my return to Auckland, Hoffman plumbers immediately returned and identified the source of the leak. It turned out to be more effective to replace the main (through a complex of town houses with Body Corporate Management) which they did promptly, efficiently and tidily before the end of the same day. I braced myself for a multi-thousand $ account. I was pleasantly surprised instead by a very modest and reasonable bill. Very prompt, professional and efficient at very reasonable rates.
