After travelling in Japan we decided to install a bidet on an existing toilet in our home. Jordan, from Hoffman Plumbers, advised us what sort of bidet seat to purchase to conform to New Zealand codes and then, when it arrived, installed it correctly and efficiently. He was friendly and we could not have asked for a more professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. I was out of town and would not return for two weeks when my water account arrived by email - water usage was up 800%! Obviously a huge water leak. Hoffman plumbers reacted immediately and turned the water off, checking for any obvious signs of water ingress or damage until I could return home. On my return to Auckland, Hoffman plumbers immediately returned and identified the source of the leak. It turned out to be more effective to replace the main (through a complex of town houses with Body Corporate Management) which they did promptly, efficiently and tidily before the end of the same day. I braced myself for a multi-thousand $ account. I was pleasantly surprised instead by a very modest and reasonable bill. Very prompt, professional and efficient at very reasonable rates.
