Jess, seemed like a nice person, was honest and helpful, ahead of the job he communicated well and did help me with another item when he was at the house. He assured me that the spray used to kill moss would work, On the outside it did work, however bits were missed. I hired a cherry picker for Jess to reach roof, unfortunately none of the roof worked. I called, texted and emailed Jess as he said he would come back if any issues, he has not replied to any of my attempts to contact him.
