This tradesman arrived on time, but the job took quite a lot longer than expected, due to him taking extra time to obtain the modest length of timber needed by travelling further to purchase through a trade contact rather than needing to pay for a much longer standard length that was not needed. This tradesman remained good-humoured throughout, and kept to the exact quote amount.

Once Les got in touch Edwin was prompt conscientous and careful to achieve my goal... finding a solution and implementing and then testing with a garden hose... a fair quote ...im so gratful as the fix (packing in some height and a "fall" for guttering is pwefect .i have no hesitation in recommending Les and Edwin and will on my next challenge!
