Wilford Residence (New Build)
This breathtaking two-storey new build is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and visionary design, offering the perfect lifestyle experience for our clients. As you step into the entry you are greeted with an expansive open plan living space bathed in natural light with a double-height ceiling. This area seamlessly blends functionality with timeless aesthetics. A state of the art media room is connected to this space that can be closed off when needed. A focal point of this design is the captivating feature stair that gracefully connects the two levels. A stunning centrepiece that draws the eye and invites exploration. The living space extends out to a tranquil, covered outdoor area perfect for entertaining with double sided fireplace that is also a feature in the media room. Generous bedrooms, and a luxurious master suite and additional lounge/sunroom on the upper level completed the picture where form and function intertwine seamlessly.
Houhere House (Internal / External Alterations)
A stunning renovation creating a new chapter for our clients house bringing life and luxury to its spaces. One of the key design challenges we faced was transforming the entrance of the house into a grand and welcoming space that would set the tone for the entire property. We created a new, spacious double height, modern entryway that was both functional and beautiful. We also turned the previously unused basement area into a luxurious master suite, complete with a large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. We made sure to maximize the natural light in this space, creating a bright and inviting oasis that our clients can retreat to. Another important aspect of the renovation was creating access to the deck on the first floor, which we expanded to increase the space for entertaining. With a private setting and additional space for seating, this deck will quickly became a favourite spot for our clients to relax and unwind.
