Kia ora, hello, I'm Leon. I am qualified licensed building practitioner with 10+ years' experience. I have experience across a broad range of construction projects, including renovations, additions, high spec new builds, retaining walls, decking and fencing, and light commercial work. I have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental studies from Victoria University Wellington. My goal is to do environmentally conscious work that complies to the highest building standards.

Along with my wife and building apprentice Callista, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, our very high standard of work, and ensuring that our clients get the best result on time and budget.

After - new framing and cladding installed

After - new framing and cladding installed, new door created

After - new cladding installed, building tape applied to protect existing framing

Tireti Street, Titahi Bay

Remove old cladding. Install new framing to support new cladding. Installed new cement fiber cladding. Removed and replaced broken weatherboard. Removed and replaced trim around garage door. Created new door for clients access to under the house.

Before - light demo required, new framing installed, new platerboard installed

Oxford Street, Levin

Completed light commercial fit out of existing building. Light demo required to remove existing framing, remove concrete tiles from the entry and exterior, cut channel into concrete floor for power points. Installed new ceiling and wall plasterboard. Built new window and door frames, and installed new windows and entry doors. Created external flower beds from existing concrete structure. Prepped and painted both the interior and exterior of the building.

Demo of existing box windows. Made good existing cladding. New framed boxes with cladding and insulation.

Before - rain was visible internally. Rain was being driven through roof valley flashing causing the interior structural beam to rot.

Complete re-roof of villa. Removed and installed new structural beam to replace existing beam that had rotted. Plastered and painted finished product.
