What a wonderfuly refreshing experience the team here have provided us. Very professional service and high-end quality results. Nothing was too much or out of reach for these guys, and they worked and communicated well with us. We felt so comfortable with them, leaving full access to our property with them was like leaving full access for your children - we didnt think twice about it. This made things so simple and easy for us and didnt hinder them in any way. We had our ceilings and walls patched, prepaired and painted, they provided colour samples which really helped in getting the colour choice right - this was done by painting patch's on the wall so that we could see how the final result would look in our home. We chose to do a white on white throughout and although our requirements were very particular, to the point of being asked "are you sure you want to go with such a clean pure white?" we couldnt be any happier with the final result. Our 26 year old home feels so fresh and new, it's even better now than it was brand new. Wow, wow, wow - truely lost for words in the most respectful way - WOW! What an awesome result. They stuck to their quote/estimate and there was never any mention of "yes, but that will cost extra" As a trade worker myself I know how difficult some jobs/clients can be - I only hope we didnt fall into this category with them. One of the best feedback comments I have ever recieved can truely be passed on here ..... "My faith in contractors has been restored by the polite and professional services provided by you, thank you." I hired them to paint my space while I was travelling, and honestly, everything went perfectly. Even though I wasn’t home, I felt super safe the whole time. I left the key inside the lockbox, and they came in, did the job, and returned the key exactly as agreed. From the beginning, Andressa was amazing. I explained what I wanted, and she kept me updated throughout the process, letting me know when they arrived, what they were doing, when they left, and even sent me videos of the house being locked. That gave me so much peace of mind. About the painting itself: they followed all the details I had asked for, and when I came back, everything was perfect. They protected all the furniture properly - no stains, no mess, no strong smell, no surprises. The finish, the borders, everything was done with care. They even said if I noticed anything I wasn’t happy with, they’d come back to fix it, but I didn’t need to. It was all exactly how I hoped. I’m really grateful and definitely recommend their work.
