I managed to smash my front door on the day of my anniversary and needed it repaired as soon as possible so that we could make dinner. Lorraine was so wonderful and empathetic over the phone and Shane showed up within 30 minutes and did such a wonderful job (and gave me a cute wee torch for my handbag).
