I've been told on 3 separate occasions that a job would be done during the same week, yet it took them 2 more weeks just to get back to me, and then then wanted to charge me for the work they didn't do! They also mentioned they saw I opened their email, which is ridiculous as it's not possible for a sender to know whether recipients have opened their email or not. Reply: Hi Ivan, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, I want to apologise for the service you received. Unfortunately there was an error on the original order of your replacement toughened glass which meant the lead time stretched from 5 days to 10. It is our practise to communicate when this happens and on this occasion we did not do that and that is not good enough. For that reason we had no intention of asking you to pay for the replacement glass that was manufactured for your job once realising you had the window replaced by others. Once again my sincere apologises on behalf of the Sharp Glass team. - Daniel
