I recently had Russell arrive to my address to fix my blocked shower. Russell was professional throughout the job. The issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Russell explained the problem clearly and I was highly impressed with the work Russell did I would highly recommended Russell for any plumbing job that needs doing. I'm very happy to leave an honest report about service we've recieved from Richard. Firstly both Preston and Richard use their manners ...their polite clean and tidy. I always ask for an estimate and Richard is very good at explaining what's required and gives a pretty sensible estimate...so far he's been very accurate. I'm very pleased to use this company and I feel confident a friendship is developing.
