Very impressed with the service and prompt response to my plumbing needs. Late on a Friday afternoon heading into a long weekend and Rich said "I'll have someone with you shortly", and less than 30 minutes later the job was being checked out. Very thorough in ensuring there were no additional problems bubbling away, had replacement parts on board, and equally important the team were friendly and tolerated my "why" questions with responses in a language I could understand.
