We are proud to share with you this stunning 245sqm eco friendly home. It was cleverly designed, locating the large open plan living area, and two of the four bedrooms on the first floor, to take in the vast views of the estuary, Southern Alps and the Kaikouras. Our client came to us with an idea to replace a single dwelling on a section he owned, with some townhouses to add to his investment portfolio.
