We highly recommend Steven and Poseidon Plumbing - especially if you’re looking for someone who cares about doing the job right the first time. We know his customers will be happy! Steven was a lifesaver for us. He came out over the weekend to fix an urgent issue when our hot water stopped working, and took the time to properly assess our whole setup. We’d been dealing with a long-standing problem where the cold water wasn’t mixing properly in the shower, and some of our valves were clearly past their best. Steven walked us through multiple options - from a quick fix through to more comprehensive upgrades - without any pressure. We ultimately chose to upgrade to a mains pressure hot water cylinder, and we’re so glad we did. The quality of his work is outstanding. He really went above and beyond, thinking about what would work best for our family long-term, not just the immediate fix. What really stood out was his honesty and communication. He stuck to his very reasonable quote, even after upgrading some parts (incl. a better cylinder and also installed a new mains shut-off valve for the house and sorted out our shower waste while he was at it), and kept us informed every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stephen. I originally found Stephen when a pipe burst and we needed it fixed asap, Stephen had great communication and was able to come and sort it easily. Our house needed quite a bit of new plumbing done after substantial renovation, New Sinks/Taps/Waste Disposal with completely new drains, Fridge Plumbing, Shower Mixer Retrofit, Toilet Replacement. Stephen was the clear choice after my initial problem, and I'm very happy we went with him - I think I've got the tidiest under-sink plumbing in the neighborhood now. It is very apparent that Stephen cares about the quality of his work, I've had poor experiences in the past with other plumbers and trades, and it was genuinely a breath of fresh air to find someone who seems to just get everything right.
