Hi, we've been in the industry of structural engineering and construction monitoring to build/renovate existing and new houses for the last 18 years. While we specialise in major renovations and new builds, we also do small jobs from time to time such as checking unconsented works for certification or provide structural engineering consultation to clients on sites for any defects happening in the structure. We are chartered engineers, very professional and work hard to meet deadlines for project completion. We pride ourselves on providing competitive quotes and then completing jobs on budget.

Consultancy House provided a high standard of service through principal Mr Namir Amso, a highly qualified engineer providing an engineering report of tornado damage to our house for submission to the Independent Financial Services Ombudsman (IFSO) re a dispute with our Insurers. Mr Amso was quick to attend, provided accurate advice re a process to complete the assessment/report. Very quick response to all communications with impeccable frankness and integrity, and adhered to agreed milestones.
