I specialise in small earthwork jobs, but also have experience in landscaping and bigger earthwork jobs.

My experience with James Everiss in landscaping was deeply disappointing. Despite initial enthusiasm, he abruptly left after completing only 40% of the job, promising his team would finish. After receiving full payment, he disappeared, leaving me with subpar work and unresolved issues. James's actions highlight a severe lack of integrity and professionalism, urging caution to others considering his services. He is not trustworthy. After several attempts to contact him offering vague promises.

Very very UNPROFESSIONAL, James done our Lwan around 6 weeks ago, and promised to come back after 3 weeks to check again and if there are any patcheshe will fix them, But now after 6 week he never come back, I have called him so many times but he always make excuses and give fake promises that he will come tomorrow ,there are lots of patches I have asked him to come and fix those patches ,but he wasn't listening, and not answering my calls and not reply my text. Highly NOT recommended.

Job was quoted to require 1-2 weeks, but took approximately 2 months (some delays due to weather and others not) and the cost was near triple with no detailed work plan. James did offer and organise other work for a retaining wall (we are happy with) and drainage (which had to be re-done at our expense later). James also arranged at short-notice for an engineer for penetrometer testing, which was appreciated. Time & cost were way off supplied quote, which severely impacted the project.
