Hello, Just wanting a rough price of this job. Everyone has moved out and the job is too big for one person and no tools. It just needs to look tidy (no weeds growing out) etc. I also apologise as it is last minute and urgent, as the property manager said it needs to be done by Thursday 30th October - lunchtime.
