Retaining and Concrete Steps

I have a path with about 50 concrete steps leading to my property. One section of the concrete is cracked due to erosion, and it has started to slope to one side. What I would like to have done is: - Build a retaining wall on the side to stop further erosion. - Level the steps. The best approach may be to break up the existing concrete, reuse it for the retaining wall, and then construct new steps, as the old steps are likely too heavy to lift.

Romoval or large inbuilt flower bed and ideas for a crumbly bank

I have a large flower bed that I want to turn back into lawn. There is also a crumbly bank that I think might need a fence/wall in front of it (any ideas would be great!) Trim installed sleepers (x14)

Level an area for a new lawn

We have an area of land which is about 40m2 that needs some love. We have drain layers putting a new pipe in and using this time as a reason to make it better. After the pipe is installed we would like to have the area levelled out. If possible lay drainage pipes to drain into the available sump. We have pavers to place against the house as a barrier if you can use them. Outcome is to have a lawn area that I can mow with a robomower on automatic mow.
