Reply: a totally wrong, you talked about the soakpit which was totally different project and you gave verbally quote about 7000nz dollar. But i refused that you need to do landscaping first and i'll look once i will be back from overseas. Finally you were agreed that around 2500 nz dollar you have to complete the landscaping but you didn't fullfill the agreement and left the half job after receiving full payment.Moreover you have damaged the gate to get through with the digger.

"The job was left uncompleted as you said you were unable to afford the full project as you were going overseas, so the job was changed and the full payment wasn’t for the whole job but a compromised price for the work that had been completed to that point. You were then wanting further work completed with out further payment."
