Hi there, I am a well experienced Quantity Surveyor & Estimator who have been working in New Zealand market from past 8 years. I can provide estimates and schedule of quantities accurately as per current pricing model. I can also provide cost advice of various different materials to save your construction cost. This can involve new build, renovation and extensiuons.
I have worked in numerous residential and commerical projects involving complex builds upto $50 million of value. I pride in my work on providing competive pricing and meeting teh client's constrcution budgets.
