This trader's registration should be reviewed, claiming he has 38 years of experience but very good at ripping off. without plumbing skills; as both two give jobs failed; leaking. He was requested for two jobs; changing old sink water system to the new one in the kitchen and the laundry tub to new one. He charged me $2290 for the materials and $1555 for labour. He didn't want to talk but drove off after announcing I'll get an invoice for additional $500. When the problem arise he doesn't answer

Had to be called back 3 times for leaks. Big hole cut in kitchen ceiling through which substantial water poured causing damage. Repaired in amateur manner. Cost more than quoted and would not complete work till paid in full. Should have reduced to compensate hours my husband had to help him. Expected this to take 3 days. It took TEN weeks. Very unreliable. Inexplicably removed old bathroom before new items delivered. Tenant without proper facilities for 10 weeks causing loss of rent.
