Title Plan to Update a Cross Lease Title

Cross Lease Title Update

If you have altered, constructed or removed a building within your property with cross lease title, you will need to update your cross lease title before you can sell your property. We can help you update your cross lease title alongside your solicitor. We can get help you get a resource consent from Council and lodge a new title plan with Land Information New Zealand.

Subdivision

We can manage the subdivision process for you from start to end. Subdivision starts with a site survey, followed by preparation of a subdivision shceme plan and resource consent application to Council. Having all range of expertise available in our company, we complete the process efficiently.
