We had an extension done 8 years ago which resulted in the house having a bigger footprint than the last title update shows. We are now planning to move house and need the title to be updated to reflect this new footprint. We have been told by our lawyers that we need a surveyor to help with this. This is urgent as we were hoping to bid on another property next week, then sell our own house.
