Job description
My next-door land has been developed into multiple houses sharing the boundary with my property, to protect my rights and avoid future trouble of dealing with multiple owners, I need to independently confirm that the newly built fence and retaining wall are correctly situated and not over the boundary. Hence I am seeking a surveying service to: 1. survey only the single boundary line with the newly built fence;(both ends are very easily accessible) 2. identify if any structures over the boundary, by how much, take photos and put them into a report Please provide a quote with a briefing of your advantage(s) to be the best one for this job.
