Need somebody to build a bath frame for a drop in bath

Made an appointment and nobody turned up, said will send someone around the next day and nobody turns up again the next day. No communication received from this company subsequently. They then called my partner 10 days later to say they can come at 5-6pm that day to have a look at what needs to be done but we've already settled it...... What a waste of time.
