pretty shoddy work ,keeps changing quotes every time , says needs more work , does not finish work well , has difficulty communicating in english , does not do waterproofing well , has threatening behavior, avoid at all cost first time he quoted $5800 then quotes $6500 , then invoices me $7000. then second time quotes $1150 for everything then when comes to do work quotes $2300 for same work but does only part work .

First class tradesman. Done an excellent job of a complicated tiling splashback, with lots of cutting. He came on time, and on the day he said he would. I can't recommend this person highly enough. I am an electrical tradesman myself, so I recognise skills in others when I see them.
