It started well and we believe were in good hands, told it would only take around four weeks, give or take. I can not recommend this builder at all, we how know he was not capable of doing the job and has cost us double the amount of money. His time management was poor and never show up for weeks, first two weeks he was here, when we pushed we never got a straight answer. We end up telling not to come back and got another builder to fix and finish off. It took over a year to be done.

Te is good at what he does, high attention to detail, including itemised costs. Committed to quality and acts quickly to remedy anything that he sees isn't up to his standards. Good communication too. We're very happy with the result, a new washhouse which is modern and much easier to use.

We count ourselves so lucky to find such a good builder in T&J Building Services in the current market and found both Te and the sub contractors helpful and polite to deal with. Build quality and attention to detail was of a very high standard and nothing was an issue. Te's communication was exceptional with open and clear dialogue right throughout including follow up phone calls to ensure were happy with the quality of work. We would not hesitate in recommending T&J Building Services.
