We were really impressed with the Fixall team for their patience and willingness to persist in order to get the job done right. They made it as easy as possible to tackle a project that had a lot of unknowns going into it, as we didn't know the extent of the rot they'd find once they took the gib off. We really appreciated that Fixall were flexible, always willing to listen, and could suggest solutions at difference price points to solve the structural issues that were revealed as the job proceeded. Isaac has completed two jobs for us. He & his team built an entrance deck & steps, replaced rotten weather boards & window flashings. From the quote to finish, this was done in a very efficient & professional manner. He also did a new bathroom & kitchen for my rental unit plus varies repairs around the place. A few unexpected issues came up during the project & blew up the budget. Isaac handled them professionally & gave me very good advices, executed them efficiently. Huge thank you to the team for a great job, completed on time and budget! Isaac is a great communicator which makes the whole thing go smoothly. Thoughtful little touches too, like when they noticed we were missing a few bits of underfloor insulation with the floor open, and did it for us with no delay. Would/probably will use again!
