Slava clearly explained in writing the scope of the work he would do so everything was very clear. His estimate of the days required was accurate. The finished job came up better than we expected as his workmanship on recycled tiles was excellent, and remained within budget. He was easy to talk with and unlike many tradies, he didn't direct all his communication to my husband! I gained his advice on other tile repairs. Many thanks Slava.
