Excellent communication, Job was done in good time, but tidy up wasn't great. No rubbish from the job taken away (minimal rubbish left though) also could have offered a temporary solution for the carpet that was pulled up rather than leaving it pulled up, as I made it clear the carpet isn't being replaced for at least a year.
