Hey i’ve been building new houses and renovation for 5 years and i do pretty much everything. I work professionally and work hard to meet the deadlines for project completion. I do competitive quotes and then completing jobs on time and budget.

Currently going to take him to Dispute Tribunal. His work was shoddy & it is now costing me more to tidy up his mess. Paid $4300.00 for ceiling refix, 2 pieces of gib & probably $300 worth of materials. He was the only builder that responded to my ad, and he went on about black mould. I had been unwell with headaches, coughing etc so I believed him it was urgent & employed him. He then said he had friends who could do the Plastering & painting. Cost $4500, I got another quote from a $1295
