"The builder, in his new business, worked solidly and had a professional appearance and was pleasant to interact with. The work was not up to standard and the builder rectified this. However, the finished workmanship was not up to standard though acceptable in view of the ugly garage space to build the laundry alcove . The work would not have been acceptable to me, if in the kitchen or bathroom. Both my retired joiner friend and the owner of a plumbing business affirmed the poor finish work."
