My name is James, I am in the prime of my life now .I am a New Zealand citizen. I hold a full drivers’s license in New Zealand. I gained one bachelor and two diplomas in my study history. I have plenty of years painting experiences .I am a hard worker and a responsible worker .
Moreover, I am a kind and diligent person too. I used to work in a Kiwi painting company . We do exterior and interior painting jobs in the company. We mainly paint the old expensive houses (prices from several million dollars to $10 or $20 million dollars we all painted before). The kiwi company is a member of Master painter in New Zealand, It gained Master Painters 2020 Award for Residential Dwelling-Rework Exterior-Contemporary, Winner Residential Exterior Rework 2019, Interior of the year 2018, NZ Master Painter of year 2016
I want to work for myself , so I quit the painting job in the painting company lately. I gained the Certificate of Painting and Decorating recently and become a certified house painter .I have my own painting Ltd called Auckland Conscience Painting Ltd. There are two people in our company at the moment , but I will consider to recruit more painters soon if I am busy .My painting services cover the whole Auckland areas. I mainly paint interior and exterior old houses and house renovation painting jobs .
I invested lots of money in my painting tools to make sure the painting results nicer ,so I have a large range of good quality painting tools , such as power cordless drill kit, heat gun, power sanders , small heater, pressure washer, vacuum blower and many good manual tools etc.
I also had a invention for washing paint rollers.
I have very good eyes for painting details and have good time management skills as well.
I always make sure to keep worksite clean and tidy before finishing the work every day.
It is three years guarantee for my painting jobs.
Furthermore , I also have public liability insurance with AMI in New Zealand.
AMI has received a financial strength rating of AA—, which means a very strong claims –paying ability.
I am a reliable and punctual painter and I am a easy person to get along with. I am looking forward to Working with your company together now .
I base on providing good painting quality and charging low prices policy, quote on particular project.
For some larger projects , I can charge by hourly rate.
