The guy who did the job was great. And the company were fast and responsive. But I got caught again by a trade company managing to more than double the final account, from the estimate. In fact for 1 hr and 15 mins the bill went over $800. And it did not need to be like that with better communication. To their full credit, they responded with an appropriate discount.
