Wash-house Close-in and kitchen upgrade

Evan did a good enough job of the wash house close-in wall, however altering the cupboard in the kitchen he admitted was outside the scope of his experience. He was willing to take it on though, and worked well under direction, however his choice of materials was not always appropriate, and he needed a fair bit of guidance. We decided to leave the kitchen drawers and also the bathroom door handle, as I had been unable to find an appropriate handle at the time.
