The actual work completed has been paid in full. What is now being pursued through the Disputes Tribunal are additional weekly charges and one-off “admin” fees which I dispute, including instances where GST has been applied twice. These charges were added after the fact and are not justified. Payment timing was impacted by my 3-year-old son being diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with you and the court to arrange matters around his treatment, however you have not responded to my emails or the court’s communication. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of compassion and empathy shown during this time. Delaying the hearing while continuing to pursue disputed charges has only added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. The work has been paid for, this dispute is about unjustified additional fees and poor conduct. Reply: This customer ignored paying their bill, emails and texts for nearly 3 months. They have posted a 1 star review because I have taken this to collections. Just slack.

I was getting my house for sale and had a long list of random jobs to tackle from tidying the garden to repairing rusty guttering and painting. Mark was able to attend to all of the jobs and in the timeframe I required and did everything with a smile and professionally. His team were awesome, did a great job and friendly too. Just had to post a review as these guys are honestly amazing ! Not only did we receive a prompt callback from the initial query but the team were out starting the job within the week. They had a HUGE job sanding back a large patio deck and restaining it. Their quote was incredibly priced. I still can’t quite believe it to be honest as the team were efficient, professional and the quality of work, outstanding. I didn’t take before and after pics but I’m sure they will have them . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any work. I really hope you are super successful Mark and team 👍You all deserve to be. We are very very grateful.
