THE TERRACE - BATHROOMS REFURBISHMENT

Rubio Pro recently completed an impressive remodeling project involving 16 bathrooms in a single building located in the terrace area. The project required a complete demolition of all internal surfaces, followed by the preparation of the interiors to suit new materials and bathroom fixtures. The team installed new walls, floors, tiles, partitions, toilets, and much more. The result is a beautifully renovated space that provides both functionality and style. Rubio Pro's attention to detail and quality workmanship is evident in every aspect of the project, making it a great success.

KAKARIKI CAFE

Rubios Pro Team completed the refurbishment of Kakariki Coffe last year, working alongside the talented team at Pynenburg_Collins who handled the interior design. We are thrilled with the results and wanted to share some pictures of the finished space with you all. The project was a full refurbishment and it was a pleasure to work on such a unique and inspiring space. We overcame some challenges along the way, but with hard work and dedication, we were able to bring our client's vision to life. The team were great and able to complete the job in a few days. However, there were communication and timing issues with the people finishing the plastering. Nothing major, just wrong phone numbers being given out so some comms were missed. Overall, happy with the team effort, workmanship and would hire again.
