Repair, reputty, paint - house lot timber windows.

We need the exterior of every window in our house including a set of 3 lite French doors and a 3 lite laundry door to be checked and repaired if need be (think only one needs a replacement peice of timber, another 1 or 2 need a really good sand and some filler, the rest just need sanding and painting) reputtying as the putty is old and cracking and then repainting in white. Have had one quote already but want to make sure I get at least 2 more to get the right person for the job, also needs to be done rather promptly as we need to put the house up for sale. House is 1970’s. Windows are all timber frame single glazed.
