Window frames need to be re-sealed and painted

I have timber windows and window frames, drafty as most do not fit the frame properly anymore. On some the paint is peeling off. I've been told it should be fixed before it needs to be replaced. Would love a quote if you are interested. Windows are around 2m x 1.5m each, some bigger. 8 windows in total around the house
